The comfortable sitting room has 2 soft settees, a Hi Fi system to play CD's or your phone through - also a separate Bluetooth speaker and a flat screen LCD television complete with DVD player. The dining room looks out over the garden and the dining table has a beautiful glass top and marble base with contemporary light wood chairs.

The kitchen has all the modern ammenties including fridge, microwave and dishwasher. There is a small conservatory which can be used as a secure children's play area (We have some toys and seats for them - and a dressing up box!) There is a utility with washing machine and Tuble Dryer. Also a freezer and drinks fridge.

Just off the hall is a downstars loo with wash basin.

Upstars there are 3 bedrooms, one with a king size bed and two with twin beds plus a bathroom with toilet, bath and separate shower.
